Things to do in Théoule-sur-Mer:
- The beach is at 5 min by car with possibilities of diving, jet skiing, sailing and go on boat trips in the creeks of the Estérel or go kayaking (from the Port de la Figueirette)
- Visit the islands of Lérins: Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat
- Hiking or mountain biking in the Estérel: the Pointe de l'aiguille and Notre Dame d'Afrique are famous spots in the nature reserve
- Browse the Markets: the Provencal Market is held on Tuesday and Friday mornings on the Place Général Bertrand, while the Fruit and Vegetable Market takes place on Thursdays and Sundays from June to September in the Port de la Figueirette. There is also the Farmers' Market which offers local products on Wednesday evenings at the Port de Théoule, from May to September
- Wander in Mandelieu-la-Napoule and enjoy its restaurants
- Join the Tennis Club in Mandelieu-la Napoule
- Visit the Château de la Napoule dating from 1387. Its ruins were bought by the American couple Henry and Marie Clews in 1917 and the castle now houses artistic and international projects.

The easiest way to rent a car is to rent it directly from Nice airport. Otherwise, from the airport you can also take the train which will drop you off 1 km from Théoule’s town hall in little more than 1 hour. You can also take the bus, it will take you there in little less than 2 hours.
